Children's has decided to permanently close our orthopedics and sports medicine clinic in Buford. This change is part of a thoughtful consolidation of services, allowing us to meet patient demand within our community with the appropriate number of locations. Families will have the opportunity to transition care to one of our other nearby orthopedics and sports medicine locations. The last day of clinic will be Friday, Dec. 17, 2021. Call 404-255-1933 if you have questions or concerns. Note, this closure does not impact any of our other orthopaedic and sports medicine clinics.
