Education Safari Childcare

History

Education Safari Childcare was founded in June 2003 by Sherry & Anthony Storey. Sherry holds a master's degree in psychology and has been educating children for more than 15 years. Education Safari Childcare employs only the highest quality teachers. Our teachers are carefully screened before being employed and are required to receive extensive ongoing training. 100% of our teachers are required to be certified in CPR and First Aid. We believe that children learn best while having fun! We are very creative in our lessons. Each child works at his or her own pace and parent input is vital to successful teaching. Individual assessments followed by parent teacher conferences are done three times per year to insure that each child is working to his or her full potential. Parents are always welcome in our classrooms and are encouraged to volunteer their time.

Specialties

Education Safari Childcare cares for and educates infants through school age children. We offer a daily curriculum taught by experienced, educated, caring teachers. Our students consistently perform above average on kindergarten entrance tests. Homework assistance, field trips, arts & crafts, and other exciting daily activities keep our students challenged and happy! We open at 6:00 a.m. and are open until 7:00 p.m. daily. In order to provide safe childcare for parents working non-traditional hours, we offer extended hours upon parent request. CAPS program accepted.
