MinuteClinic EVANS, located inside CVS/pharmacy #2407 at 4385 HEREFORD FARM ROAD, is a walk-in medical clinic. Services include routine vaccinations, health screenings, minor wound and injury treatment, physicals and more-- with no appointment needed. Our family nurse practitioners and physician assistants provide services for both adults and children, 18 months and older. MinuteClinic accepts most insurance plans and cash, checks, and credit cards.

Connor Gilbert FNP, earned his Master of Nursing from Augusta University in 2018. He received his second Master's degree from Georgia State University in 2022. He received his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Augusta University and is board certified in American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Connor has been practicing medicine for 2 years. Prior to joining Piedmont, Connor was assisting with orthopedic surgery. Connor specializes in Diabetic and orthopedic conditions. His special interests include cardiovascular health and obesity. In his spare time, Connor enjoys spending time with his wife and boys. They are a very active family, so it is likely you will see them outside enjoying the weather. When he is not spending time with his family, he enjoys playing golf and watching sports. Connor welcomes most major insurance plans.

Ashli Thomas, NP, treats chronic health conditions like Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, COPD, Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, and Sleep Apnea. She also manages Covid, Flu, and Respiratory Infections. Ashli was a Nursing Supervisor and has 13 years of experience as a critical care nurse, two years of hospice nursing experience, and she spent two years as a dialysis nurse. In her spare time, Ashli enjoys gardening, exercising, travel, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren.
