I'm throwing out a solid 4 but with a few concerns. Not from me... but from just about everyone else that visits/reviews this location. I think you just have to know how to handle this location......

In the area, I got their Everything stuffed bagel bites on a Saturday morning. There are a handful of seats inside and it is relatively clean. Plenty of parking in their private lot. May come again.
