They're lucky I'm not deathly allergic to milk but Jesus I told them "almond milk substitute" 4x at least when I ordered at the counter I'm happy I double checked the receipt after I took a sip

I went this afternoon for two medium hot peppermint mocha lattes. I was asked if I would like the signature ones. I told them yes. I get to the window and pay. I'm asked to wait in the curbside...

The service at this Dunkin' Donuts has been pathetic every time I've come here. Feels like the employees are just throwing orders together to get people gone. Now I only stop here to get my kids...
