I guess I lucked out--had great customer service and super fast service during my visit. Way better than what some of the reviews had me expecting. No complaints here!

Terrible service. These people must be the rejects from the dumb as dirt society. 4 or 5 people are always "working" but it takes them 10 minutes to make one drink and it's almost always wrong....

I can't believe they DISCONTINUED the french crullers!!! I am not sure I will ever come back here. Crullers are the best.

Honestly I've never had a problem with this Dunkin. I used to go quite a bit because I really love the rewards program, it's very generous. I've gone a few times recently for the new tomato pesto...
