What is going on, at DD's the lobby was closed and they was taking orders at the drive- thru only. The cashier said she was the ONLY 1 there. That DD's ALWAYS has something wrong.

This is the most unreliable Dunkin I have ever been to. Regularly they cannot be trusted to make a drink on time or right! They either take 15-20 minutes to make a drink or they blow it! I paid $5...
