Dr. Starecki is a hand and upper extremity specialist at Resurgens Orthopaedics, treating patients at Austell, Douglasville, Vinings, and West Cobb. He specializes in hand, shoulder, and elbow reconstruction, microsurgery, and conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome. Dr. Starecki earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Northwell Health in New York.
