Usker Naqvi, M.D., M.S., is a board-certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with expertise in non-operative spine care, sports medicine, spine injections, and electrodiagnostic medicine. He completed his residency at the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine and Jackson Memorial Hospital, with additional training at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University. Dr. Naqvi also completed an Interventional Spine & Sports Medicine Fellowship at OSS Health in York, PA. He practices at locations in Covington and Decatur, GA.

Dr. Daniel Koch is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Resurgens Orthopaedics specializing in general orthopedics with expertise in adult spine surgery. He practices at both the Decatur and Snellville locations in Georgia. Dr. Koch earned his medical degree from Duke University and completed his residency at the University of Louisville. With his comprehensive training and dual-location practice, Dr. Koch provides accessible orthopedic care to patients throughout the greater Atlanta area, focusing on general orthopedic conditions and specialized spine procedures.
