Store seemed very dirty & cluttered....workers were friendly enough. I wanted to get a rug doctor for my mom's house (i live out of state), but they wouldn't rent to me because I wasn't local....

As a frequent customer who visits this store a few times each month and typically spends around $100 per visit, I have often used the restroom at this location in the past without any issues....
