Have a warranty issue for a $80,000 system at a nonprofit. They installed it. They tried to upsell things that didn't need to be done and are still charging $400+ just to do the warranty work....

Come to your home just to up sell EVERYTHING. Spent $5000 in things they recommend and 5 months later, the unit died. Never again.
