Dab Performance

History

My love for wanting to succeed as a football player in high school led me to the weight room, a place he once hated. Little did I know that this would then lead to my love for fitness. Through much study and schooling, I became well versed in exercise science and developed scientifically based programs which can build muscle and burn fat. Trying these programs on myself, the regimens proved successful. I now want to share it with those who have the same desires to improve.
