History

After seven years of training in Atlanta, body architect, Wlaa Bartholomew Weeks noticed a lacking within the fitness community relative to personal and group training and decided to develop a solution. The solution - to provide a location where a high level of personal and group training options are available, and will allow clients to have one location to offer their favorite personal and group workouts without any additional costs, and will be offered by certified body architects who already have an understanding of the client's fitness needs and provide alternative programs based on client's interest. Training in one of Atlanta's top athletic clubs allowed Wlaa the ability to understand what clients were missing in their training experience. CYB FITLAB's focus is to provide clients the opportunity to train with dedicated body architects whose number one goal is to design and supervise the health and wellness of each client, personal or group.

Specialties

Our body architects provide personal training, group training and high intensity group class services. 1-ON-1 & Group PT We perform a thorough analysis of your medical, health and exercise background to help us determine what CYB Fitness level you are. We record all measurements, including your body fat %, girth measurements, and weight. CYB body architects ask you a series of goal oriented questions, determine strengths and weaknesses which in turn helps us determine how to approach your workout design. Group Classes CYB Group classes are designed with the client in mind. We believe that your workout is all about the CHALLENGE! Therefore, we create workouts that will challenge your body's will and push you to reach goals you never would attain on your own. We are NOT offering bootcamps, instead we provide a challenge which you have to conquer throughout a 45 minute period. Whether it is CYB+SWEAT class, where you participate in an all out body resistance workout using all planes of motion that keep your heart rate through the roof by combining calisthenics, plyometrics, isolation and core training, or if it's CYB+CHALLENGE which combines the creativity of your body architect's mind PLUS everything we have to offer at the CYB FITLAB for a crazy workout challenge! We offer complimentary weigh-ins and measurements for our group class clients as well

We design a nutritional program based on Macros. The calories will take care of themselves. You will be eating whole, delicious foods following our recommendations. *You can expect to be held accountable for scheduling and coming to your sessions and implementing your nutrition program. *You can also expect a great workout. Choose your own music. Enjoy our complimentary bottled or filtered water and fresh fruit.
