Evan Hamilton Fountain, MD, is a board-certified pulmonologist at Southeast Georgia Physician Associates-Pulmonary Medicine, and he sees patients in Brunswick and St. Marys, GA. He treats patients for asthma, COPD, chronic respiratory failure, sleep and lung cancer. A native of Glennville, Georgia, he strives to get to know his patients on a personal level, so he can better optimize their treatment and get them back to enjoying the activities that matter most to them.
