I wanted to trap my critters humanely. Jamie tried, but mice are just too small and escaped the traps. He was timely and communicated well, so there were no surprises. I would recommended them...

Charged credit card. Put out trap. Told me 2 squirrels were caught. Removed trap. Squirrels still here. Problem not resolved. Paid $500 for nothing.
