Crim & Associates, Inc was established in 1975, and since its inception has built a reputation for quality retail properties starting with its first development of an unanchored retail center in the mid-1970's. From 1975 to the present, Crim & Associates has successfully completed development projects which range from convenience stores to grocery anchored retail centers at over 37 locations throughout the metro Atlanta area. Crim & Associates offers a full range of services including brokerage, site selection, property management, leasing, and development. In its thirty two years, the firm has built relationships with a variety of national and local retail tenants (see attached list of developments and anchored tenants.) Currently, Crim & Associates owns and internally manages eighteen retail centers, two warehouses, one office building, and two automotive buildings in metro Atlanta. Throughout the years, Crim & Associates has developed a level of expertise that is widely recognized and respected throughout Atlanta by the members of the Real Estate and banking communities.
