For a brand new hotel, there were suprisingly few issues seen at the hotel. The staff were happy and helpful. The rooms were clearly updated and clean. And the common spaces were well organized....

Almost new courtyard in the heart of Gainesville! Located in walking proximity of many restaurants and bars. Pretty nice building with few quirks. For example, hotel lobby is not on the street...

No free coffee in the lobby. This trend of paying for breakfast is getting out of hand-- now I have to pay for a cup of fresh coffee. The coffee in the room-- which I'd need to fill with bathroom...

Low budget and not safe!!! Look outs every where I was watched all the way to my room. It looked like a homeless shelter.

We've stayed here twice now while in town for a wrestling tournament. Clean and nice staff. Recommend!
