Excellent Leasing Office staff they all need a raise. Clean amenities, only things missing are a heated pool & jacuzzi. Would definitely recommend.

At least two new buildings have popped up in the neighborhood, making the Oleander feel very rundown. In my opinion, Cortland does not do a good job of updating and maintaining its properties....
