This is only my first time here but Gloria the insurance agent is very sweet and professional. The rates are great here considering what insurance rates usually in Rockdale county.

They are the WORST agency to use!!! They misled me to get almost $500.00 out of me and didn't tell me that was not the payment. Now they are acting like they didn't see anything on the computer...

Gloria Smith is the most unprofessional agent I have ever encountered. Please do not use this agency. When you try to call no one is ever available. Voicemails at the office are always full....
