Came to this location by accident when applying for a visa. Be sure to determine if you need to be here or at the Holcomb bridge location beforehand. Luckily I was able to realize my mistake...

had to wait for 5 hrs with children after we had an appointment, just for them to tell us it's first come first serve!!! it's the nonchalant attitude that's the worst!!! the same disorganized...
