History

Born in Chicago Illinois, trained and there, Dennis went into the service out of high school. After the service he went back to Europe and worked in Paris for about seven months under the chefs of Kir Samba on the left bank. He came back to New York and cooked up an down Manhattan for another ten years, and today Dennis Mayer has provided wedding receptions, private parties & corporate caterer for Southwestern Georgia, Northern Florida and Eastern Alabama. Albany, Cordele, Americus, Tifton, Moultrie, Bainbridge, Dothan, Eufaula Georgia & Tallahassee Florida for over two decades.
