The majority of our calls are related to virus and spyware issues, and we have a specialized technical team for these issues. We also advise clients on how to avoid viruses, back-up their systems, and increase the operating speed of their computer. We partner with our customers to provide an optimal computing experience for them.
Specialties
While we are able to repair 96% of the computers we service, our goal is not limited to repair. We strive to educate all our customers on how to properly maintain their computers and prevent problems in the first place.
