Broken Shackle Ranch is a Christian-based residential school for abandoned, abused and underprivileged men between the ages of 16 and 20. Established in 1984, the school provides various mental health and behavioral services, such as individual, off-campus and group counseling. Broken Shackle Ranch conducts several social, recreational athletic and religious activities, such as Bible studies, camping, outdoor trips, fishing, weight lifting, basketball and softball. Additionally, the school has a work force of more than 40 employees. Broken Shackle Ranch conducts training session in the areas of landscaping, cabinetry, construction and wielding. The school also organizes training sessions for the development of life skills and is located in Davisboro, Ga.
