Terrible. The adjuster assigned to my case does not answer his phone or reply to calls. He would not answer or reply to me, the garage where my car was being fixed at, or the rental car agency....

Not a good business practice to make liability decisions that are always in the favor of the person you are covering. Seems to defeat the purpose of insurance -- to cover accidents fairly.
