Colbert

The City of Colbert, initially chartered as Five Forks in 1899, is steeped in history and was renamed in 1909 to honor the Colbert Family, early residents of the area. Known as the City of the Red Cannas, Colbert has evolved from its cotton-rich past to become a vibrant community celebrated for its annual July 4th Celebration, which has been a local tradition since 1970.
