Came here to get my fingerprinting done. There is parking across the street near the garden that's free for 2 hours. The fingerprinting office is in the basement of the court house and the lady...

The employees are extreme rude. The automated voice system does not work properly and the employees refuse to help of attempt to fix anything. There is no compassion here.

Called the number, no one picks up. It answers but no additional info, just silence. After 2.5 min, the phone rings again and same thing. Hung up after 5 mins. Worthless!!
