I LOVE PILATES!!! The new management and sales staff in incredible. Emely and Kate are always there to help! While you might be on a waitlist they are super easy to use and get into the class....

The teachers are wonderful and the desk tries to help you. Pilates is a great form of exercise. The issue is you will have a tough time getting into classes unless you get an unlimited membership....

Nothing bad against the instructors, but the Manager/Staff has terrible customer service. I give them a ZERO. You cannot get in to book a class for weeks and they tell you to go on the waiting...
