Chico Lou's Fine Tattoos has expanded! Sara Fogle opened her little shop in August of 2015. She later moved down the street to 1580 Prince Ave so that she could expand to include long time friend and fellow tattooer Veronica Hahn. Chico Lou's is all female owned and operated. Chico was Sara's beloved chihuahua. His memory lives on through the charitable work Chico Lou's does with local animal welfare groups such as their annual Halloween event All Howls Eve in which all proceeds go to the Athens Area Humane Society.
