One Star! Lady didn't say "My Pleasure". Food was good though but I didn't have the pleasure of the chick-fil-a employee to eat it. I still did though. Good stuff but still no pleasure.

Arrived at Chick-fil-A to pick up an order for a customer whose name was Chris C. I checked the online order shelf and did not see the order there. I waited for an employee to come to the front...
