Chase Bank

I love the fact that their normal banking isnt from 9 to 5 but instead 9 to 6. Their atms are almost never down (: The staff is wonderful. They are very friendly and very helpful.

CREDIT CARD SERVICES - I have called Chase from 3pm on Feb 2, 2022. It is now 7:42pm. I have placed more than 9 calls only to be placed on hold and be transferred for more than 3 hours. The end...

I had to wait 2 h to open an account. There was only 1 banker. The worst bank ever. Use Bank of America or Wells Fargo.

I usually come to this bank and the people are very friendly, knowledgeable, and multilingual (Spanish) . But unfortunately they seem to very short staffed I am setting waiting for over an hour...
