SpecialtiesWe offer a secure solution to monitoring a senior's financial accounts and paying their bills on time with complete simplicity. Paying Bills Bills are checked for proper payee and accuracy of charges and credits. A summary of bills will be sent to the designated person for approval. Ensure the senior has the money to pay the bill. Bills are paid on time. Maintaining Financial Records Bills & financial records are sent electronically or by mail to us (we scan and upload). All financial documents and records are kept electronically in a private file accessed via our secure portal. Document storage is HIPPA compliant. Preparing Budgets When we begin the service we upload a recent history of transactions, then categorize both income and spending so trends can be seen. We then determine their month by month budget, using a calendar view for forecasting. We do not tell the senior what they can or cannot spend, we just make sure they know what they are spending. The budget helps us monitor the senior's monthly spending so we know when it is outside of normal spending patterns. Balancing Checkbooks The senior's account is synchronized as transactions occur using specialized software, keeping balances up to date. A senior that needs financial protection should NOT be writing checks on their own. IF they need that ability, they will need to have a separate account used solely for that purpose...
