This clinic is getting worse and worse.... for 1 they are open till 10am during the week and 9am on weekends yet they make you get here before 945am/845am or you cant dose and they lock the door!...

Dont come to changing phases clinic they have one dosing nurse that will relabel take homes for a different mg then what they are and wont let you come down when you request to come down bc they...
