Understaffed and no schedule provided " just get there when we can. " We only received one actual visit from any of the caregivers other than occupational therapist who came twice as scheduled...

I had a horrible experience with a nurse named Latifah. She came to my home to collect a urine sample, but I could not urinate on command. Latifah left the container for me to collect my urine....
