Customer Service was nice. However, they used an unripe eggplant in the eggplant Parmesan, even when warmed as instructed - the eggplant was tough and difficult to cut through.

How much chicken do you suppose they cook? Is it enough chicken to know how to NOT OVERCOOK IT? I had a casserole from them. They must have fully cooked or overcooked the chicken breast before...
