Carne 250 brings Tex - Mex barbecue to the Atlanta metro area. We combine the German and Czech culinary foundation of authentic central Texas barbecue with the Mexican and Spanish influences that permeate all of south and central Texas. The result is our Cuisine Texicana. We provide private on-site catering and weekly BBQ2GO pickup service.

Best brisket in the state - easily. You can't go wrong with Mac and queso either. Take the time to figure out where they'll have the truck. Worth the effort.
