Calhoun High School

Calhoun High School is a coeducational institution providing classes to students in grades nine through 12. Its core curriculum includes English, math, social studies, science and foreign languages. It also offers classes in various vocational subjects, such as digital media, life skills training and planning, technology, computer applications, accounting, nursing, production, and family and consumer science. It also offers physical education classes and provides various sports, including football, softball, tennis, volleyball, track and cross country. The school offers a wide range of extracurricular activities, including debate, orchestra, music, dance and art. It consists of various clubs for academic and extramural activities, including band, film, chess, China, and academic and athletic booster clubs. The high school serves more than 700 students in Gordon County and is located in Calhoun, Ga.
