Caffeinated CrossFit

History

We have always loved helping and coaching others, challenging those around us to move better and improve themselves. Our enjoyment of helping others reach their goals, as well as our desire to create a truly great community, are the major driving forces that led to Caffeinated CrossFit. We look to surprise clients with different challenges everyday. Weather it is encouragement from the coaches or jokes between friends, the community at caffeinated is sure to keep each class unique and interesting. Who doesn't need a little caffeine in their life? Caffeinated CrossFit is founded by 2 Georgia Tech Division 1 swimmers with a combined 8+ year of CrossFit experience under our belts. We want to build a community where friends can come together to workout, hangout, and have fun.
