Explain to me how I waited 12 minutes in the drive thru for a simple whopper meal and a whopper jr. and everything still came out cold buns and all ! Just ridiculous!

Can't give 0 stars I guess! Sitting in the drive-thru lane! Waited like 10 minutes for the truck in front of me to get their order taken. As far as I can see, there was no one in front of him....
