In October 1984, Neil Parker started Bug Busters—a full-service pest control company—out of the basement of his family home in Acworth, Georgia. In the beginning, Neil was a one-man-show; he was the Sales Representative and the Technician. And of course, when drumming up business, he started with who he knew. Some of Bug Busters’ first customers were Neil’s friends from church, some of whom are still customers to this day. Gradually, fueled by Neil’s hard work and the support of his family, Bug Busters grew. Neil began hiring employees—one, two, three, four. It was then, with four employees and in its second year of operation, that Bug Busters graduated from the Parker family basement to its first physical location.

Called for mosquito service since they seem to be particularly pesty these days. They emailed over the paperwork, sent it back and they came out the next morning!! That's service. A++

All of the bad reviews are true. This company serviced my home (roof) before purchase. I had a rodent upon moving in and was getting in someway. I called 2-3 times...No one ever came or returned...
