Reserved weeks in advance to get here with an hour+ wait for my vehicle. What is the point of a reservation if I'll get here and wait anyway? So much for dinner plans with family.

Horrible customer service. Made me wait for 45 minutes when nobody else had to. Rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Won't be renting from here again!

Vehicle is ready about 50% of the time. Had issues with Budget at other locations; giving me the wrong car, smoke smell, vehicle only really available in theory. Not worth whatever cost savings...

The service at the counter was ok, but it can be Better, but let me tell you if you leave anything of value in your rental car after dropping off, you better kiss it good bye. I left a $600.00...

When u rent a car.... they gave it to you damaged, caught on fire, ruins your trip, puts you in danger, they refund you the fees of the rental just to try to charge you over 2000$ in fees for...
