This park is a bit of a drive from Pooler, but it's well worth it. The park is huge and clean - which is a big difference from Daffin dog park. Plenty of parking and there's even a walking trail...

This is the nicest dog park I've ever seen. It is large, filled with shady trees and includes a pond, an agility course and grooming stations.
