The business was established by a retired athlete that managed to continue to train nationally and world wide after enduring 5 back surgeries. This was done through the science of incorporating low impact exercises with high,intense,interval training, which is beneficial for those that are limited or restricted from exercising due to knee,back,neck injuries or those that are severely over weight.
