The AI drive thru needs to go. My fiancé and I were craving a chicken biscuit this morning so we went to the Bojangles down the road. The AI speaker at the drive thru was so annoying and confusing...

App would not work. Automated drive thru cannot understand plain English. Workers were rude and did not get my order right after explaining it to them three times. Not sure how they stay open.

Updated Review 12/01- we came by for a quick breakfast through the drive thru and upon ordering knew it would be bad. The order taker couldn't get his thoughts together and the got our order sizes...
