Prices start at $25 per personal training session/$249 month, $149 per nutrition consult/plan, $39 per recovery/yoga session. All services are provided by master's degree educated professionals. Our 3,000 sq ft facility is private, state of the art and luxurious. We have 2 dedicated offices for wide ranging consultations in nutrition, physical performance and recovery. We also have a yoga studio, performance turf, and functional exercise area. Our professionals have degrees from Georgia Tech, University of Central London, University of Portsmouth and various career related certifications. We work with corporate professionals in various fields, athletes at every level, residential companies, and most importantly the day to day man/woman.
