History

Bobby started the construction business in 1972 with residential building. Bobby Welch Construction Co. became incorporated in 1980 located in Dillard, Georgia. Bobby saw the need for concrete septic tanks so in 1980 he began to manufacture them. Soon after he branched out and started residential and commerical pumpings. In the summer of 2010 we acquired Johnny on the Spot portable toilet rentals. In 2012 Bobby decided to give up the building and remodeling phase of the business and focus on the growing need for sewer and septic services.
