It is very unclean. Cigarettes everywhere at the front door... roaches inside the building. It is so hard to find someone who works there. There is no door greeter. They use the bare minimum....

Never use this facility. Has been reported to The Governors office. If you love your family member take the somewhere else. My mom almost died here. NOT CLEAN. Over 50 pct of facility had Covid....
