Dropped off my seiko kinetic for a new battery... they ordered the part but it didn't fix the problem...apparently from my time at the beaches, the salt water and air got into the movement...

Customer service at it's finest. I was greeted immediately, with a smile and warmness. I went in to have my wife ring repaired. The craftsmanship, was great and I would definitely recommend.
