Didn't actually get to go inside. The man at the door checking IDs had a tip jar and wanted us to tip him for entering. We tried to hand him our identification and he kept looking at his tip jar...

Tony and I stopped by Bennys Tybee Tavern on Butler. He had a couple beers and I had a faux mixed drink. Bartender was nice. Atmosphere was enjoyable, we will definitely stop again highly...

Permanently closed. I didn't try the new place but I bet it doesn't have the Coldest Beer in America. RIP Benny's.

This is a cool place and definitely for the local crowd, it recently changed hands to Neptunes but I liked it- you can let loose and get hammered if you want, bartender is unique of course but...
