Dr. Meenakshi Sindhuri Nali, MD, is an Internal Medicine physician certified by the board, with her medical degree earned from Dr. Y.S.R. University of Health Sciences and P.E.S. Institute of Medical Sciences and Research in India. She completed residency training at New York Medical College/St. Michael's Medical Center NJ, followed by a fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Louisiana State University Health Sciences, LA, where she held the position of Chief Endocrinology Fellow. Dr. Nali specializes in Diabetes, Thyroid disorders, Adrenal disorders, Lipid metabolism, Pituitary disorders, and Bone disorders, as well as Transgender Medicine. Her clinical interests are particularly focused on Diabetes, Thyroid, and Bone metabolism. She is a member of the Endocrine Society and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology. Dr. Nali is currently accepting new patients and most major insurance plans.

Kalaimani Elango, MD is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, Cardiovascular Computed Tomography and Vascular Interpretation. Dr. Elango has been practicing medicine for eight years. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Elango was an Invasive Cardiologist at Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, Arizona. Dr. Elango specializes in invasive cardiology, general cardiology heart blockages, congestive heart failure and atrial fibrillation.
