They did absolutely nothing. Looked at me and shock her head and said I don't know. Then they bulled me a random number. Charges column was empty of the statement. Listed adjustment and payment...

Office staff not up to par. Doctor makes request that are not filled in a timely manor. Nor are lab results posted in a time.
